Massachusetts Community Outreach Initiative’s Vision
That God’s grace and mercy be manifested in the lives of those incarcerated and their families, as the prison Chaplains, religious institutions, and The Massachusetts Community Outreach Initiative partner in Gods work to transform the hearts and minds of inmates to become a voice of power and position within their families, community and churches bearing witness that no life is beyond the reach of God’s power.
